Quality control
Four checks before a carton leaves the workshop
Incoming material check
Fabric, foam, lining and hardware are checked against the approved specification before cutting.
In-process inspection
Printing, stitching and handle attachment are checked during production, not only at the end.
Final quality check
Finished bags are inspected for size, seams, print position and function against the sample.
Pre-shipment check
Packing, carton marks and quantities are verified before export documents are issued.
